Despite many treatment modalities clinicians remain frustrated by slow healing and increasing treatment costs.

Some 2 million, or 1 in 190, of our fellow European citizens currently suffer from chronic wounds such as venous and pressure-induced leg ulcers and diabetic lesions. With an aging population this number is expected to increase dramatically.

Our Plan is directly relevant to the cornerstone of the Government's health strategy objective of giving choice about how treatment is received and in reducing treatment costs. Furthermore a stated priority is major research and development in diabetes, and the issues associated with ageing.
The solution
Natrox™ is a battery-powered medical device that produces a continuous flow of pure humidified oxygen from air and directs it through a fine tube to a specially-designed absorbent dressing, allowing the oxygen to constantly refresh the wound.
